For viral gastroenteritis and food poisoning — the days when you can’t keep anything down.
When the GI tract shuts down from viral illness or food poisoning, oral rehydration stops being an option. The Stomach drip bypasses the gut entirely — delivering hydration, anti-nausea medication, anti-reflux, and an anti-inflammatory directly into circulation. Your provider may also add a pro-motility agent to support gut function recovery at their discretion.
